The Challenge
Glico Asia Pacific needed to roll out a regional upskilling initiative across six countries and multiple languages without the long lead times, high production costs, and operational overhead associated with traditional training approaches. The team also required a solution that could be updated frequently and expanded over time as learning needs evolved.

Glico selected Bites to deliver microlearning directly inside Microsoft Teams, enabling employees to complete training within their existing workflows. Using Bites AI, the L&D team created and localized content quickly, all in one place.

Foundation for Broader Scale
Following the success of the Asia Pacific rollout, Glico plans to expand the program further across its global workforce of approximately 5,600 employees, building on the same content creation and delivery model.
