We’re changing the way teams train, communicate, and learn.

Our
Story

Bites was born from the real-world challenges of delivering training and communication to a modern workforce

Tal and Hagai, both veterans of the learning and development field, saw firsthand how difficult it was to train students effectively using traditional methods.

Two images show people collaborating: One group sits by a brick wall, another discusses documents. Bright dots and lines connect the scenes.

Meanwhile, Eran, coming from the hospitality industry, experienced the struggles of onboarding and engaging young employees like Gen Z and millennials.

Together, they recognized a gap: there simply wasn’t a solution that resonated with the way today’s workforce learns and communicates.

In a world where people are immersed in social media and instant messaging, the idea for Bites became clear. If this is how people prefer to create and consume content, why not bring that same energy into corporate training?

That’s why we built Bites—to blend the engaging formats of social media with the power of instant messaging, transforming how companies connect with their frontline employees.

Our
Mission

Frontline employees, making up 80% of the global workforce, are the backbone of the economy, driving revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Yet for too long, they’ve been overlooked and under-invested in. At Bites, our mission is to change that.

Two people featured: one in construction, the other in a lab. Text reads "80% frontline workers globally." No landmarks or historical buildings visible.

We strive to make frontline employees more connected, informed, and empowered, ensuring they have access to the training and communication tools they deserve.

By giving these employees a voice and making them feel valued, we’re not just improving performance—we’re transforming the way businesses operate.
